RETURNS
We have a 10-day return policy. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non - returnable items:
Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
To complete a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
REFUNDS
To start a return, you can contact us at nobleinc.ca@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet ,first check your bank account again Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have your refund yet please contact us at nobleinc.ca@gmail.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item then kindly send us an email at nobleinc.ca@gmail.com with the request and we will send you the instructions for the exchange.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you then you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the giver of the gift had the order shipped to themselves to gift it later then the person who has purchased the item has to find out about the return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES WITH THE ITEM
Kindly inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible to pay the shipping costs for return of the product. Shipping costs are non - refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
